Orders are trackable from the time they leave our facility to the time they are delivered to you. We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Orders that weigh more than one pound will ship UPS. Orders less than one pound are shipped UPS Surepost, which is a service combination of UPS and delivered to your mailbox by USPS. Our handling time in house is 3-5 days after artwork approval.
